The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.

1. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the bus.

2. Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage.

3. Bookings Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Advance Payment. 

4. Extension of timings for the trip is based on the availability of bus.

5. Trip amount should be paid in full before the trip starts.

6. Coercing the driver to drive through areas not esteemed as safe for the vehicle by the driver is strictly prohibited. Any damages on the bus incurred due to such coercion will be borne by the customer.

7. Pricing is calculated without toll, driver salary and Parking charges

 

       Trip cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation of trip in Less than 1 week from the date of travel, 100% of the amount paid as advance will not be refunded.

• Cancellation of trip Between 2 to 3 weeks 50 % of the amount paid as advance will be refunded.

• Cancellation of trip before 4 weeks advance amount will be fully refunded.
